At the last session of the Court
of Common Pleas held in this county, the following persons were convicted of
criminal offenses and sentenced to the Auburn State Prison.

, for burglary, five years. This
individual is an old offender, and it is (as we are informed) the fourth term
of his imprisonment. He has served under different sentences for fourteen
years. His last term expired on the 22d of January last, and he was returned on
the 22d of this month. “Home sweet home, &c.”
Justin
Wheaton
, convicted of petit-larceny, second
offense, sentence two years imprisonment.
Neuman Parker, grand larceny, do.
Two years.
