The will of Caleb Clark is brought in; Cynthia Clark is granted administration.]
In the name of God Amen.
I Caleb Clark of the Town of Middlesex in the County of Ontario and State of New York being weak in body but of a sound and perfect mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say):
I bequeath to my beloved wife Cynthia the whole of my Personal Estate to be enjoyed by her during her life excepting one horse to my son Arvin and one Cow and ten Sheep and the whole of my land after the decease of my wife one third I bequeath to her during her life I likewise bequeath unto my Two daughters Henrietta and Layea fifty Dollars each and one Cow and five Sheep to Each of them and all the house hold furniture after the decease of my wife Cynthia and to my son Arvin all the farming utensils when he comes of age.
I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Cynthia Sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and seal the eighteenth day of April one Thousand Eight hundred and Eleven.

In the name of God. Amen.
Isaac Whitney of the town of Middlesex County of Ontario State of New York do make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following:
First I resign my Soul into the hands of God hoping and believing in the remision of my Sins by the Merrets and Mediation of Jesus Christ, and my body I Commit to the Earth to be buried at the discretion of my Executors herein after Named and my Worldly Estate I give and devise as follows:
First I give and devise that all my lands & tenements with the appurtenances
Situate Lying and being in the town of
also I give to my Wife Susanah Whitney the use of the Lands during the time and for the purpose for the maintenance of the Children and allso the use of the Land while she remains my Widow;
all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate Whatsoever of what nature kind or Quantity soever may be and not herein before given and disposed of after payment of my debts Legacies and funeral expences and I do hereby Constitute and appoint my said Wife Susanah Whitney with Jeremiah Comstock sole Executrix of this my Last will and testament.

I Jacob Wagener of the Town of Jerusalem in the County of Ontario and State of New York being of a sound and disposing mind and Memory and understanding considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life and the certainty of death do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament and I do by these presents revoke and make null all Wills and Testaments previous to this date.
First and principally I commend my soul to God who gave it by faith in his son Jesus Christ through the Merits sufferings and Intercessions of a dying Saviour through whom I hope for salvation and eternal life, and my body I commit to the Earth to be decently intered at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named.
It is my will that funeral charges and all my just debts are paid—
And as touching earthly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I firstly give and bequeath to my dear and well beloved sister Anna Wagener now residing in the town aforesaid, all my estate both real and personal that is to say, all my Lands that I own in the town of Jerusalem together with the Houses Barns and tenements, appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining in said town of Jerusalem and County aforesaid, also all the Lands I give to my sister Anna or that may arise on the gore so called being on the west side of the Seneca lake in the town of Benton County of Ontario to her and her heirs and assigns forever and lastly I give to my sister Anna Wagener all my Stock, Cowes, Oxen, Horses, Sheep and Swine and all my farming utensils, Waggons, plows, Chains and Drays together with all my household Furniture and all my wearing apparel—
I do hereby constitute make and ordain the above named Anna Wagener the sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament.—

I Charles Ferry of the town of Middlesex in the County of Ontario and State of New York being in perfect soundness of mind and memory calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament.—
As touching such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner, that is to say,
First I give and bequeath to Dorcas my dearly beloved wife all my Estate both real and personal (which may remain after discharging my just debts) to be by her freely enjoyed and at her sole disposal as she may think proper, with full and absolute rights and power to convey and dispose of the same in what manner soever or to whom soever she may think proper.—
And I do also hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife as aforesaid the sole Executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and disannulling all and every other former testaments, wills, Legacies bequests and Executors by me in any wise before named, willed or bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.—

The last will and Testament of Susannah Clanford
widow of
Item 1st my will is that all my just debts together with my funeral charges should be paid by my executors hereafter named—
Item 2nd I give and bequeath unto my son John Clanford all my land on the north side of the Mill Creek and so much land on the south side opposite the same as will make one acre, together with all the waters adjoining the same to have and to hold to him the said John Clanford, his heirs and assigns forever.—
Item 3rd I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebecca Clanford and to my son John Clanford eightynine acres of Land to be taken off the west side of my farm from one end to the other equally to be divided, excepting the said Rebeccah is to have one acre the most together with all the buildings and fruit trees and waters thereon to them the said Rebeccah and John to have and to hold to them and to their heirs and assigns forever they paying fifty Dollars each to my executors within one year after my decease, for my grand daughter Mary Lawrence—
Item 4th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebeccah and to my son John all my personal estate equally to be divided between them the said Rebeccah and John.
Item 5th I give and bequeath unto my son Peter Supplee the one equal half of fifty Acres on the east side of my farm with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, to have and to hold to him the said Peter and to his heirs and assigns forever—
Item 6th I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rachel Sheppard fifty Dollars to be made out of the one equal half of fifty Acres of Land lying on the east side of my farm and the remaining of the aforesaid equal half I give and bequeath unto Anna Wagener to hold in trust for Rachel Sheppard to have and to hold unto the said Anna Wagener her heirs and assigns forever in trust aforesaid.—
Item 7th I give and bequeath unto my grand daughter Mary Lawrence one hundred Dollars to be paid by my executors hereafter named when she arrives to the age of eighteen years to be paid by my executors hereafter named—
I hereby appoint Asahel Stone of Jerusalem and John Briggs of the same place my executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal thirty first day of the seventh month in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighteen.
