Ontario County Ss: Be it remembered that on the fifth day of August, A.D. 1823, Mark H. Sibley & Isaiah Stillman executors of Oliver Harwood voluntarily came before me and rendered the preceding account for settlement & which being accompanied with proper vouchers and assented to by Luther Harwood one of the heirs of the Testator & by Nathan Reed as guardian of Calista Harwood & Fear Harwood two of the minor heirs was audited and allowed, subject nevertheless to such objections & alterations as may be shown to be proper by all Persons concerned who were not present nor represented at said settlement
