Services Provided

A Registered Nurse can visit you in your home at no cost to you to assist you with the following:

• Education on how to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby
• Insurance and referrals to WIC or other community agencies
• Accessing financial assistance and food stamps
• Finding a doctor and dentist
• Emotional support
• Answering questions about pregnancy, breastfeeding/bottle feeding, labor and delivery, postpartum and newborn care, growth and development, and immunizations
• Finding baby supplies and clothing
• Breastfeeding support from a Certified Lactation Counselor
