The inmate phone system is set up and operated by AT&T. The system is strictly a collect call operation. Inmates cannot receive phone calls, and neither calling cards nor three-way calling is allowed.  If the person being called has call waiting or if the call has to go through a switch board, the call will be disconnected.  Each cell block has a phone for the inmates’ use. 

Blocked Callers

If there is a collect call block on the phone that the inmate is trying to call, the person must call their phone company to have the block lifted. Once a number has been blocked, only the person the number is listed to may unblock the number by calling 888-241-1290.
