NON-CONTACT Visitation days for inmates are on Saturdays and Sundays. All visits are on an appointment basis. Visitors must call the Jail at 315-536-5175 to make an appointment. Visitation hours will run: 8:30 a.m - 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. -  4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All visitors must be checked in NO LATER than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time. If you are late and there is not another available time slot your visit may be canceled at the discretion of the Chief Correction Officer or his designee.

Visit Details

Visitors arriving for inmate visits must have a valid form of photo identification issued by a government agency to enter the Jail. Visits will last 1 hour. Visitors that arrive late will be denied the visit. Any visitor seventeen years old or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Legal Guardians will be required to produce the paperwork from the court granting Guardianship, and a birth certificate for the minor. No visitors 6 years old or younger will be permitted in the jail visitation area. An average of 6,000 visitors arrive at the jail annually.
