Businesses will receive financial assistance for training new eligible employees in the skills they need to perform their job effectively. Specifically, we will reimburse you for the costs associated with training this new employee, usually 50% of the wage rate for the agreed-upon training period (OJT reimburses you monthly). Your organization will benefit by getting a better trained employee, with subsidized wages with minimal paperwork. Please note that paperwork must be completed before the employee starts work.
