If you are interested in a Moderna Bi-Valent booster vaccine, please call our office at 315-536-5160 to ask about scheduling an office visit for the booster. If you are 6 years and older and have received your primary vaccine series (1st and 2nd dose) and it has been at least 2 months since your 2nd dose or last booster dose, you are eligible to get the booster.  COVID boosters are also available at most local pharmacies.

Anyone 6 months - 4 years old:
 If you are looking for a first or second dose of COVID 19 vaccine , please call our office at 315-536-5160. 

Anyone 5 years and older:
If you are looking for a first or second dose of COVID 19 vaccine, please check with your doctor or local pharmacies. 

Bi-Valent COVID 19 booster vaccine:
 Pfizer: recommended for anyone 5 years and older at least 2 months after 2nd dose or last booster dose. 
 Moderna: recommended for anyone 6 years and older at least 2 months after 2nd dose or last booster dose. 
* You can receive a Pfizer bi-valent booster if you had Moderna vaccine for your primary vaccine series.  You can receive a Moderna bi-valent booster if you had Pfizer vaccine for your primary vaccine series. 
Local Pharmacies have the bi-valent booster vaccine.
