Are you coming to our Benton Rabies Clinic on Saturday, November 4th? You can pre-fill your rabies certificates by clicking here.  Please print out 2 copies and bring them with you to clinic.

The clinic will be held at the Benton Fire Department from 9:00-10:30am. Please bring proof of prior rabies vaccine records for each animal if they have had the rabies vaccine before. If prior proof is not provided, the certificate will only be valid for one year. Thank you.
