Yates County Public Heath reminds pet owners about the upcoming FREE rabies clinic in Penn Yan on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 7:00 - 8:00 Pm at the Yates County Maintenance Garage, 415 Liberty Street, Penn Yan, New York.  

This clinic is for dogs, cats, and ferrets at least 3 months of age.  Cats and ferrets must be in a carrier with only one animal per carrier; while dogs must be controlled on a leash.  Please bring proof of any prior rabies shot (but not a rabies tag). This vaccination is free of charge.

To speed up the paperwork process, you may fill out your rabies certificate information online prior to the clinic.  Go to: http://www.yatescounty.org/239/Rabies-Clinics to fill out a certificate for each pet.  Remember to bring 2 copies of each certificate to the clinic.
