A "Community Café" is taking place on Thursday, May 31st from 6:00 - 7:15 Pm at the Penn Yan Public Library, 214 Main Street in Penn Yan. Anyone in the Yates community is invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.  The Yates Substance Abuse Coalition is facilitating this event for the community to learn more about what is happening with the heroin and prescription drug epidemic. This is also an opportunity for members of the public to voice your concerns about what you are seeing in the community relating to substance misuse.  Please come and join in the conversation and help make a positive change in our Yates community.
